1.Preparing a preliminary quality planning and feasibility study for new projects at project preparation phase as well as
providing track and support for plant on project and process quality issues.
2. Monitoring customer performance and satisfaction in the projects and supporting plant project teams in corrective actions.
3. To support sales team for reviewing contracts/agreements from customer on quality/environmental clause and communicating specifications with customer.
4. Preparing RoHS / eW18 document in terms of new project phased in and maintaining the RoHS database.
5. Responsible for defect analysis on raw material and coordinate the supplier for effective improvement, and monitor the supplier performance together with supply chain.
6. Handling the complaints, requirements and feedback from the customers, training of the general customer requirements to plant.
7. Quality problem handling such as defect analysis, action plan, following up and communication with internal and external interfaces.
8. To review the process documents and instructions, such as the process control plan / WI / PFMEA and so on.
9. To identify quality competence gaps and initiate and deliver effective training to related personnel.
10. Providing regular quality reports and summary reports to Quality Manager.
11. Other jobs arranged by quality manager.
1. Bachelor or above degree in material or chemical engineering or related subject.
2. Knowledge of the quality/environmental systems (e.g. ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO/TS16949).
3. Knowledge of RoHS, WEEE and eW18 and so on.
4. Application of quality tools and continual improvement technologies (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, SPC, etc.).
5. Knowledge of the process technologies and possibly experience from product design, R&D.
6. At least 3 years in quality field, foreign manufacturing company experience is preferred.
7. Good command of spoken and written English as well as skilled computer usage.
8. Experience from customer interface is preferred.
9. Good communication skills.
